Name Cheap also has some pretty significant specials including up to 5 transfers or new domain purchases for 99 cents plus 18 cents for ICANN. These specials are a rotating basis through 11/28. Till 11:59PM today, the .99 deal is in effect but if you miss that, it will be back again over the weekend. I just registered (transferred actually) some names and it worked fine!
