New thread. All other threads still in play. Looking for a variety of different types of names, but still getting names sent to me where I would be getting the absolute worst of the deal.
A fair deal will require the seller to give up something of value in order to get something of value. You are trading a name that has recognized value for cash, and CASH is quite valuable. Make sure the name has value, too. That is the deal.
So, if you have names that are:
Regged at Go-Daddy
Dotcom
Making between $1.50 and $10 per month parked (Sedo Preferred)
Type-in traffic...not links that will expire two weeks after I buy.
Send them to me and let me know your price for a deal right now. I am getting way too many names that have zero value and aren't even worth registering, so I am listing an earnings requirement to get some new names. I am still buying names without revenue or traffic, but the quality of names I am seeing is rather poor.
It is as if people are going through their lists of names and figuring out which names they don't want, or haven't been able to sell at any price for 5 years, and then expecting me to pay their mortgage with the name.
Won't happen. You can try all you want, but if you send me the scrap and try to create a lopsided deal in your favor then you won't be taken seriously by me.
Sell me a product that you would actually buy yourself for that amount, like any other honorable businessman. Not some product that you would never buy yourself at that price.
