Godaddy Account Locked?

Well, this is the first time that I have ever had a locked account with godaddy. I think the reason its locked is because I used the same Credit Card to buy something through it but not sure.

This is not my main account with my best domains granted but still it has some domains in it that I really need to renew. I have contacted Godaddy support but still waiting for an email. They told me it would take 24-48 hours.

Its been almost a month. So I called again and still waiting.

Any suggestions on how to speed this up?

why not call them (if you are US it is cheap than waiting for a email)

I did call them but when an account is locked they send it to an upper supervisor or something. They cant be contacted but through email.

I lock my godaddy account probably once a month sometimes three times a week(too many different computers and passwords) but they just unlock it instantly.
