GoDaddy Backorder

I backordered a domain trough GoDaddy. The current status is "capture in progress". Does it mean that most probably I have already got it? But I checked whois information, it shows that this domain has just been registered by:

ICANN Registrar: GO MONTENEGRO DOMAINS, INC.
Whois Server: whois.gomontenegrodomains.com

Does anyone know this company?

Looks like the are a GD reseller maybe.

Normally it changes to capture in progress when the domain drops. If the domain was previously held at Godaddy or WWD you should have a good change of getting it.
