For Sale GoDaddy Backordered unsuccessful....but my credit is gone?

Hi, I tried to get ALRD.COM, I had one credit and now I have zero backorder credits despite I did not get the name. Is this right????

When did u first you the backorder? Godaddy backorders expire within 1 year.

You dont lose the backorder credit. Edit the settings for the backorder and just try backordering a different domain.

When, you log in - you get the "welcome" page.

You hit the tab "domain monitoring/backorder".

When, that page opens, do you see

alrd.com ? marked unsuccessful.

If so, hit "change setting".

then, change it to another domain to chase.

If not. Contact godaddy support.

You always have the "credit" until you win a backorder.
Just "change settings" and replace the domain you had unsuccessfully backordered with the new domain about to drop.

Problem solved, credit is back....I wonder if I will never win a decent name with this service.

I've got a spare credit aswell. Fat chance of getting anything decent though.

Does anyone know if you can use godaddy backorder credits for tdnam auctions?
