OK, I know GoDaddy backorders suck and cannot compete with Snap, NJ, Pheenix, etc. etc. etc.... . That is not my issue.
GoDaddy backorders are not working, whatsoever, I mean they are not even ATTEMPTING to catch the domains.
I added one name that I knew no one was going to BO or try to catch, just for the hell of it. So, I check Whois and the name is available, I mean, I even left the backorder on and the name was available for like 5 hours and GoDaddy never even registered. Matter of fact, they NEVER registered, it was hand registered at GoDaddy.
Oh man, and GoDaddy support makes it no better, I call and they do not even know what a Backorder is, I swear. They said something to the effect of, "Someone can register the domain if you have a backorder." WTF? Really? GoDaddy support is starting to P**s me off, because I would be better asking a 5 year old about a Backorder, Domain name, or anything else.
