Godaddy Domains at $5.19 - Expired

Just wanted to inform those who have been getting their domains at $5.19 at GoDaddy that the promotion has expired. They no longer consider Traffic Facts a non-domain purchase. Good for those who got their purchases in before-hand.

I am sure they will have another special in the future to renew the names. You can still use the $6.19 "loophole".

Agree. I believe it is part of their business strategy to cater for this market segment - domain resellers.

I never really understood all the frenzy about the $5.19 pricing. Remember, the special $3.99 price is only for the first year, after that you pay the regular price. So, I am sure that there are many other registrars out there that will be cheaper after the 2nd year even using the $5.19 gimmick.

It used to be the same thing, except you would select the "dedicated IP" instead of "traffic facts", but it doesn't work anymore aswell...
