GoDaddy gift coupon question

Hi,

If I sell domains in exchange for GoDaddy gift coupon what precautionary measures do I need to take? Because I have heard that if a person sells you gift coupon using some fraud like stolen credit card then GoDaddy takes that amount back. So basically my question is shall I wait for a certain period before giving domain to other party? Like say wait for 3 days after receiving coupon and then I can safely give the domain to buyer since by that time GoDaddy would have verified!?
