mya.godaddy.com is ok,not totally blocked,might be some porno sites at godaddy,these sites got blocked easily or might be automatically.

it is not a big problem,i remember certain Asian countries block google or yahoo before,also myspace.

I think most governments would go after sites that were illegal in content, the US shut down several sites earlier this year promoting travel to Cuba that were hosted in the US. Normally they don't go after the host or registrar, only the individual sites but if GoDaddy is a host to many of them (hundreds to thousands to tens of thousands) then it may be easier to just block their IP range.

I've been getting tons if BOTS from Godaddy servers (email phishers, screen scrapers, hack attempts, port scans), so I've beened much of Goddady as well. Maybe China did this same.

Not True. Only Blogspot was blocked for a day -- that too some dumb-*** at VSNL did a wildcard block.
