I bought one Domain Alert credit yesterday... I have put a name to grab for me but today i see that i have no credits left.. The name hasn't dropped yet so i thought i could change it.. I mean, is it one time only (you pay $20 either you get it or not and then you have to buy more credit), or a few hours before the drops you can't change it and suddently disappears from your account..
Im confused here and i will appreciate any help..
Thanks..

I may be wrong but I thought this was bought for a specific name - not like a Snap which can be exchanged anytime.
The only time you get to change I think is if they fail to catch the name and you can tell them you want to use it on another (certain limitations).

If you don't get the name, you don't lose money: We re-assign your backorder fee to another name until you capture one.

With Godaddy's Domain Alert, when the name is dropping. They remove it from your list around 2 pm. so that you can not change it.

And, if they get the name. It will show up in your acct around 4 pm. And, if they DON'T get the name for you, you will receive a nice
email around 4 pm. Telling you that they were "unsuccessful".
