GoDaddy transfer question

I have a question:

I want to move a domain from TuCows to GoDaddy and the TOS say that the domain can't be moved to a different registrar for 60 days after that transfer.

Is there any similar time limitation on SELLING the domain if it remains on GoDaddy?

Has to remain at godaddy for 60 days before you can transfer it out , but you can push it to another godaddy member , so you can sell it right away but if the buyer does not have a godaddy acct then they will have to open one to take the push.
