$125,000?! Take it and run to the bank laughing. 150 type-ins a day is not much and I doubt the revenue you make on that traffic is anything close to what would warrant that price for it. Good luck with the sale.

It should make around $25-35/day so you're selling at about 12 years revenue ... right around or a little above market price. It's a close call. Far closer than the two previous responses make it seem, but I would probably sell.

GoldPrice.com really worth "Gold Price" (Expensive)

$125K is the best offer. You should sell for that prize.

If you could invest that money at 6%, the monthly revenues will never catch up to the 125K invested. Didn't run the numbers, but I'm pretty sure it's true. In 12 years the revenues will total $125K but the invested money will be over $250K. Not a lot of opportunities in this world to sell something for 12 years revenue.

click through is higher then the unique type ins a day,

Actually, looking at the site, I believe that. The ads are very nicely worded for people looking for gold prices.

Maybe if you post what the domain earns per day it would help with the appraisal. At first glance 125k seems like a sure sell, but then again the type of people who would type in that phrase would be highly desirable traffic to an investment company, especially in this climate of hot commodities.

125k ? I will sell that domain for 12,5k or lower.
Dont be fool by money , hear expert here. if that buyer gone , it is not easy to have 125k deal again.
