Wise, you said you wanted the username so you could push the name and then go to bed. You then accused domnet he broke the agreement because he replied "ok I'll make the final payment tomorrow".

Do you understand what 50 now 50 after means? It means you don't get the money up front so be careful what you say, and that advice is not only for trading domains.

Yes but you assume I wanted to go to bed after the first 50% was received, and you must understand that at that point I was still not under the impression that the second 50% was to come the following day.

I wanted to to get to bed right after I pushed the domain and got the other 50%, your a trier Bionic but I suggest again that you read the threads carefully before shouting off. Understand the facts and the order of events first.

The moral of this story is, "Don't waste your time on a buyer that wants to go 50/50 on a $100 site." That should be a big flashing warning sign right there.

I had sold this site but the person buying did not know enough about running his own site to develop it so I agreed to take it back and sell it again??? However I have created a new and totally unique skin for the forum and its included as well.

Included in the sale is

Bunkered.com domain with namecheap until 25th June 2005.
all psd files for template and forum.
website template has been html coded.
skin for the forum which is unique and wont be re-sold.
check the auction for anything else or post or message me

Some work has already been done on the site as you will see.
