Hi,

I've sold some domains in Sedo in the past, but not recently.
Yesterday I sold one (well, negotiations began some weeks ago), then finally the buyer transfered his money and I was asked to transfer the domain name to Sedo (not to the buyer).
I found this good, because in the past, some times the buyer never acknowledge to receive the control on the domain and Sedo kept holding your payment for weeks !!
Now, that will not happen anymore, since first they receive the domain and then, I guess, they transfer it to the buyer.

You mean for 2004? Greece was #3.
But I agree, it's a flaky story.

it really depends, for starters they ask to transfer to them then to the buyer (which is safer) but i've been doing this and the direct transfer to the buyer when they confirm the whois they send you the money :)
