I sold my first two .ca's in the last week for 5k so the .ca market is heating up.

These were not great names but they wanted them anyways,

Good to hear Adam! Let's hope things start to heat up - all the signs point to yes :)

I assume the end users came to you on these ones?

Congrats! - were they related names or two separate subjects? How did they contact you?

Any tips, for selling Breed.ca or any other domains in this market. I,m heading to Cuba in a few weeks, you would really enjoy yourself if you joined us there. LOL

Were they separate buyers, and were negotiations easy?

Anyone else notice a pick up in .ca enquiries lately? It's been fairly quite for me in .ca, the name 'ontariosown' doesn't seem like a knock-out, unless Ontario is using it for some kind of slogan.

Last year I had a few more enquiries than usual from Oct to Dec, so we'll see.

I've had a good year in tbr pick-ups from Sibername, names you just know have value now and down the road.

That was quick http://ontariosown.ca/ Congrats on the sale. It goes to show you that the price of a domain is partially determined by what a buyer is willing to spend.

I have seen a moderate pickup as well...one mid $XXXX sale in the last month....user contacted me.

I had one low $xxxx last month and still get fairly regular end user emails...

...congrats Adam

It's great to see one of the domains already being put to use by an end user.

Adam…what was on the domains before you sold them? Were they parked or did you have a for sale page up?
