That's the revenue. The PPC is the pay per click. If you get "a few hundred hits" per month, to make $1.50 /day you must have a PPC of over 30 cents.

It could be something that is relevant to the news right now or seasonal.
You need to prove that it makes that all year long to go for the $50 x 3 to 5 years scenario.
