You see, the funny thing about traffic names is that they are defined as good or bad by the amount of traffic they generate.

If you are asking if pointstraffic.com is a good non-traffic name for some kind of traffic-related web site, then I would say probably not. It doesn't really make any sense and it is not intuitive.
