Nice. Hard for me to speak for that market, but I like it. Isn't it true that coffee is very popular in the UK, even though in the US we tend to think of the tea? Any UK members out there to shed the light on this?

Tea would still be very much the beverage of choice in the UK but coffee is becoming more popular. People in the UK are far less "educated" on coffee, so it may make for a good review site.

This is the kind of site I like to try and monetize, but even being from Scotland (UK) I don't rate the extension. Catch me on a good day and I'd give you $10 for it.

OT, but what's the chances of 2 Highlanders posting at the exact same time!!! lol

Do people in the UK drink coffee? Put it this way, I can walk down my main shopping street and see costa, starbucks, neros, obriens (irish coffee franchise), various independant coffee shops and a two coffee beans sellers. There are no tea shops that I can think of.
Good domain imo.

Just about every community I can think of will have a "Tea Room" and certainly most of the big cities will have several.

Granted, the Coffee Houses are more common place. but the Tea Room is certainly not dead.

I also have to point out that I often found it ironic that the more "traditional" Cafes in this country were predominantly filled with tea drinkers.

This domain is growing on me in terms of the potential, and as an avid drinker of not much else but coffee I think I could quite enjoy experimenting and writing reviews for such a site. (too much caffeine)

this is OT, but the only one I remember in central northampton closed down a while ago and was turned into an "Ask". Tourist places do still have tea rooms though.

anyway. Just like "us Brits" to meander offtopic in a discussion about tea, eh?

This would make a good review site. A coffee house would want to brand their own company name.
