Generally one parks thier domains with the top, but it can be hard to get accepted to App Semant.
You cant really park your domains with google adsense :huh:

I'm doing very well with it IMO, on webmaster related sites, averaging $1.20 CPM for a tower ad. Just try it out with your site to see if it's successfull for you. It really differs from site to site.
