I just checked some phrases at GAKT, and noticed that the estimated CPC has been replaced from the columns section with "Ad Share". Ad Share doesn't show any $ amounts though, so I wonder if they're still in the process of switching it over...

Still shows up for me.

Are you accessing a ccTLD google?

Also, check left hand, top menu box. There is Keyword Tool and Traffic Estimator.

Make sure you are logged onto the right one.

That's odd. This is what I'm seeing, after I click on the columns link, and select Ad Share:

I'm not going to say I'm 100% positive, but I think Ad Share has always been there, you're screenshot is simply missing the option to view the Estimated Avg CPC column. I can still access it here. Strange...

still working from China.

That's the same one. To the right of the screen, over half way down, click on columns.
Then see if you have estimated CPC instead of Ad Share...
I have both. The screen shot you show has no CPC option at all.

That's odd. I had it there yesterday.
For some reason, it's missing today...
