A massive class action suit was recently filed against Google and several leading domain monetization companies, alleging everything imaginable, from cybersquatting to RICO violations. They should have difficulty certifying a class, as trademark rights are highly individual and fact-sensitive, but the claim is noteworthy for its scope and for what it could mean if any of the claims did survived the initial stages of the litigation. I confess to not having had the time to read the 121 page, 638 paragraph complaint.

He he, bound to happen when someone has the time and money in their hands
and feels it's a cause worth guns a-blazin'.

I wonder what the respondents will do if this suit is dismissed.
