I still remember the days not so long ago when domain names cost 100 for 2 years so this is not a major increase. I don't know about you guys but I think we're getting off pretty easy here. I'm more concerned with my utility bill and my school/propery taxes which doubled over the past 5 years! The article also indicates that "the increase only amounts to an extra cost of $1.86 per domain per year, and if the deal is approved it wont take hold until 2012". This equates to .15 cents per month! I guess that's about 10 PPC's per name per year assuming you are collecting 18 cents per click? By 2012 my taxes will again double so this will really seem like a bargain :-)

Atleast they gave us notice....
