It's been in Google's Adsense terms of service since... a long time anyways that MFA websites are a no-no. I've had a couple duplicate content websites dropped from google in the past 18 months. I'm not surprised, they bring little to no value to google or those that come across them. They make (made) me money but in the end google is concerned about remaining number one.

I personally hate coming across MFA websites. I'd rather see a parked page than an MFA. They just go overboard with the ads and overall 'ad clutter'.

Good riddance to bad rubbish.
