closed googlr.pl - 40k uniques per month, please help

depends upon the revenue it is making.
besides google is a serious TM issue
 
I would sell for $3k before that google will act for TM infringement

Yea that's blatant with the E on the qwerty being next to the R, surprised google doesn't own it already. Sell Immediately without hesitation!, let them deal with the lawyers. Ask the person who owns googlr.net how he's faring with them...
 
If you were offered $3k initially, then counter with $5k

maybe you could settle at $4250

you also need to look at what those visitors are searching for, perhaps you can increase EPC.
i would do this first, before submitting the counter offer.
