I just picked up KGUN.net, it is a PR 1. I'm hoping its valid, anyway.

I've heard you must have content up to maintain your PR and continually go upward.

It is currently parked. Whats the next step to progress with PR1 to PR2, etc?

Development and linking with other higher PR sites. Not sure what you would develop it into though.

You have the wrong goal. Instead of concentrating on increasing PR, focus on increasing traffic and revenue.
