Ask for a formal request from the complainant's counsel outlining the basis of the alleged infringement. You'll get one anyway if it's for real.

Well I'd bet they're going to say it's a "famous" mark because he's won some crap in his life, but I had to go look on google to find out who this joker is. Seems he likes to gamble, so let him take a gamble on a UDRP.
I can't find any trademark either, and he's not famous enough (in my own opinion) to win on name alone.
