It's 99% certain both toysRus and AOL would easily win Wipo cases against these 2 names. They are clear trademark violations, especially the AOL name.

Wipo has taken many names away which were far less obvious violations than these two.

I see no way anyone would buy these names for more than token amounts what with the potential trademark issues involved, especially for $10,000 you say you were offered.

In addition, toysRsex is not a good name. I would not register even if it was free.

i believe the reason that i got banned was on a drunk night someone appraisal one of my domains called ameriass.com $0 and i got mad and reply you may have an ameriass but might not have an americock.

or cus i bought a domain called f***whiteass.com something.

but as i told kidcool last night that i already quit drinking so this won't be happen again. anyways, it was all beer's fault, and i am cool as you all can see.

i don't doubt that you got the email joe since lord knows you must exchange about a gillion emails with these "potential partners". however, the bet you speak of was based upon the appraisal thread you begged me to post when you were banned ages ago, and this email has no bearing on that (assuming it is even a serious offer).
