I don't think so. There are a lot of ebay domain names that never have problems. The most common of them being www.ebayersthatsuck.com

ebaysucks.com is still up, but ebay hates anything that uses thier name in a domain.

There would b tm issues, even if there are sites up that have beay in it. Ebay has taken sites just for having "bay" in it!

I am sure you will get the C&D letter, I got it and that was just for having "Bay" in my Domain, they backed off but I don't think in your case they would do the same, they obviously have a good claim against it seeing as it contains "eBay".

After 3-4 emails, back and forth, they backed off.

I liked the "BB" in both names, and the words worked together.

Boats can be found in a Bay of Water and a Boat House is/can also be referred to as a "Boat Bay" I have a page up which describes what I had planned for it www.BoatBay.com

Our Body needs Water to survive, ever seen the commercial for Body Break, BodyBay was going to be used for a Heath related site.
