The site has been registered since 2003
The site has been offline for various months to say 6 7 months.
The database crashed.

It remained the pr 5 all this time.
So i decided to reconstructed it.
It has around 50 templates for download

180 backlinks on yahoo 80 on google.

I submitted some articles on community sites

The only work needs to be done is to submit articles on a weekly basis to all community sites
about the templates we got for download

got 5$ from adsense the first day
3$ the second day
So around 4 bucks a day.

You do need to keep submit articles to the community sites on a weekly basis to keep this kind of stats

It uses the searchengine friendly urls rewrite method.

The site looks like it has potential. If it starts ranking in the SEs for a few specific industry related terms, adsense could well level off at $20/day in a month or so.

More content has been added and with the pr update it staid a steady 5.
site is being crawled steady,
People are signing up daily,

adsense was 2$ (yesterday)

I will lower the BIN and Fixed Price to 1,5 k

If it isnt sold by the next of the week ,
this thread will be closed.
And believe me the next time it opens again it wont be for 1,5 k!
