I haven't got much on at the moment, so I'm looking to do some graphic/logo/banner design for F$. My style is a bit off the wall, so you may love it or hate it. In any case, you aren't obliged to pay unless you are satisfied.
I don't have varying prices for different size banners, just a flat 75F$.
PM me with your specs and details, or if you don't have detailed specifics, then I'll just see what comes out.
Just so you know, I designed the front page and topbar on http://www.sengo.com, and also on http://www.psphome.com.
