I want a modified graphic of Tux*. I want him to to be smoking a joint...maybe some bloodshot eyes....a lil smoke above his head...and then behind him, a marijuana leaf. The second logo would be the same as the first, except instead of a joint it would be a traditional bong.

I want the graphic to be very clean looking, maybe even vectorized so i can change the size.

When you place your bid, put a link to your graphic you made in the PMB with watermarks on it, but not too clutterred so I can view the picture.

Please include in the price the license for exclusive rights to it because i wish to own all rights.

*Tux is the Linux penguin mascot

HERE is a PNG high quality image of tux that you can:
a) modify
b) work off of

I'd rather you modify it so that in the end it looks just like that.

Thanks.

***I suggest making multiple versions of the logos so I have a variety to choose from***

Wondering how you'd own the rights to a modified image that contains Tux - that in itself is copyrighted.

The tux image is not copyrighted.

Many people modify it all the time, just search google. Tux, like the operating system it represents, is "open source".

So basically you are referring to owning rights to the composite?

The Tux image is © Copyright 1997 Larry Ewing.

Larry has generously consented to allowing people to reproduce and freely utilize and modify his work, but I doubt he meant turning Tux into a billboard for drugged-out stoners.
