The site is coded using semantically correct XHTML making it fairly search engine friendly. Built into the Movable Type templates is a Google Sitemap as well. Screen 1 | Screen 2
Up until June 1st of this year the site was located at http://creditbus.com. I am including this domain as well. Both domains are PR 5. For the year starting June 1, 2004 and ending May 30th, 2005 Creditbus.com averaged $70 per month.
I will be providing minimal help in getting the site up and running on your server and walking you through how it is setup.

An experiment to get more keywords into the domain name.
$70 ($65 for affiliate marketing + $5 Adsense). To be more specific, from June 1, 2004 - May 30, 2005 the site made $840 via affiliate, from June 1, 2005 until August 30, 2005 the site made $195 via affiliate and $15 via Adsense. The domain was switched over on May 29, 2005. Whoever buys the site will probably want to point Creditbus.com back at the site. Currently it is pointed to a Sedo page. I just did that yesterday and it already has 20 unique views.
