Agree low to mid $xx as it stands - however there is a consistent move toward saving small local shops and farmers markets here in the UK (not sure about elsewhere) and it would seem ideally suited for such a purpose, however that in itself probably limits its profit potential.

My initial thoughts were towards food shopping/groceries. Buying local produce always gets promoted by the government. The name is probably one of the best possible for this use, it sounds like a government slogan
