Please can we have a new section in the dnforum to discuss, sell or buy great single word .com domain names. Creature. :spider:

this should be in the suggestion areas, and the domain marketplace section has already been broken down enough.

I think doing that would make it go a bit too far.. No need for a single word section.

I don't think it's necessary, as we already have enough sections as is!

then Bob Smith would say he classes ternaputiunsorlatop.com as a great single word .com

I am particualarly interested in the very best rare single word dictionary .com domains. They are a little hard to find in the dnforum (if you are new here anyway). I think such a section isolating these names would only add to the quality of the dnforum. Creature. :spider:

You make a good point:

Perhaps we should refine the suggestion to a premium .com section, where only premium names go be posted, and must receive moderator certification before posts?

A premium .com section would be helpful.

I would also love to see a ´Vanity Names´ section and ´Brandable Names´ section but I will be happy with just a premium .com section as I guess there could be no end to the breakdown.

It is a good idea, BUT it is all completely based on the eye of the beholder. What is premium and what defines what that is not in every single case? There can be no pre-defined metrics for this.. it is about as useful a domain appraisal (sarcasm intended).

While I like the idea of sorting out the QUALITY from the JUNK names, it is too subjective and people would just get mad if they get a mod that ends up not seeing something as top notch, when they do. imo, it is best left the way it already is. It's not like 2,000 names are being added on here each day. It only takes a short time to go through the new ones.
