This site has steadily continued to grow since last year. Here's a couple screenshots of last years traffic and this years so far as of 2-8-2010:

I have set the site up to grow on it's own and to also get traffic from a twitter account that is also growing. The buyer will get the website and twitter account.
I need to find a better way to monetize the traffic. Currently I am only using Fling ads on the site and they aren't converting that well yet. I am making a small amount of income from another source and that should continue to grow as the traffic does.
17% of the traffic came from the search engines in January from 215 different keyword phrases. It ranks consistantly on the first page for "sexy bikini videos".
Hits on favicon.ico equaled 70% in January and there seems to be a growing amount of repeat traffic. Direct address/bookmark traffic is above 80% this month!
Adsense is not banned on the site but because of the fairly sexy content I didn't want to risk it being banned so took it off.
Looking for offers and I will add a BIN later.
