I am going forward and buying a new home and need to eliminate expenses, so my sites have to go......

this is my baby who has been ignored but still gets traffic, new users, and posts. the right owner could turn this into a great site.

i have google analytics on the site, just need to figure out how to show it.

taking all offers....im telling you this will go CHEAP!!!!!

ok i can give access to google analytics for anyone with a gmail account. if you are serious PM me for access and you will get it for 48 hours. to get it longer will require a follow up.

as for income, seems to be the important question, the banner on top made me a nice chunk of change when I first put it up....approx $100 at $1.25 a referral in a week period. It has since dried up and trickles in. adsense makes small money since I only have the ads at the bottom and not at the top where the banner is. the site never made a ton of money, it was more about a hobby for me. the traffic and email list is there for the right person, i believe i have approx 800 guitar hero fan emails from all the signups.

once again, this will probably go cheaper than it should. I had offers on just the domains for $2k.......as recent as last year.
