Please note, I'm not up to speed on the changes that CIRA made to .ca process, so I just learned that I'll probably need to renew most of these names before they can be transferred. The costs of that renewal $12.19 will be added to the purchase price. So if you buy a domain for $5, you will actually end up paying me $17.19 since a $12.19 renewal will be added to your purchase price. Let me know if you have any other questions.
