Hi there,

I own the following the domains and need appraisals guys:-

H-E-N.COM

I got this domain a while back as hen nights are big business, in the UK and they are alot of end users, and google doesnt tell the difference between h-e-n.com and hen.com. Advertisers spend alot of money on google to be placed on top in the keyword 'hen'.
As well as very good letters e.g. higher education network.

P-A-R-K.com

I saw that domain parking was big business hence bought(for very low price a while back).

I need appraisals on the above domains.

Thanks guys in advance.

Hyphen domains are hard to sell until they have some solid keywords (high paying).
IMO P-A-R-K.COM can go mid xx to reseller.

Does google really see these as words? I think it can pick up typos or join 2 parts of a word together but I am pretty sure it doesn't know 3 or 4 spaced out letters are words...???

The three letter H-e-n/com has value. I have been collecting, buying and selling L-L-L.com's and for words like the one above I usually see sell btw $40-$120. I have sold a word L-L-L for as much as $225 to a reseller before (and it wasn't a GREAT word).

P-a-r-k/com is ok. You may fetch low-mid $xx as stated above..

Nice Domains I believe your the closest in terms of a a fair and objective appraisal.
The new domainers who have made an appraisal are way out as I guess they lack the experience, and hence should get educated on how to value a domain before making a naive appraisal value.

I agree with the valuation of p-a-r-k.com, but h-e-n.com I think is worth alot more than as its a commercial keyword that has alot of end users. As the domains which are not a dictionary word I agree is worth only $xx, but
f-l-y.com sold for $1,000 and b-i-d.com sold for $711 and a-i-r.com sold for $2,500 mainly because its a dictionary word and a keyword. See: http://www.bluebecker.com/domain_names_sales_history.html.

s2006 -

The L-L-L .com niche is a very interesting niche to me, however around these parts (DNF in general) I never bother discussing, selling or even looking to buy these types of names. Maybe the consensus is here that they are not worth the time. Maybe they are right, who knows? L-L-L .com buyout has been complete for over a year now, there are some daily drops but they are usually picked up fairly quickly.

As you referred to bluebecker.com, one will find there a list of L-L-L .coms that are developed and used as the main website for hundreds of companies. There is also lots of sales data there too, both reseller and end user.

Most of the bigger sales I see for three letter words like these types of names lately are the dropped ones that get multiple bids at snapnames or nj.

Hi, Looks like this hyphen bubble is some new thing, and I see most of them sold for low to mid $xx.

Like I asked earlier, does anyone know if these are counted as words on google?
