Actually, it's an ok name 
It's not the kind of domain that will sell easily, by any means,
and there are legal issues to consider with regard to developing
a name like that...
e.g. using it as a 'hacktivist' forum, might be a bit of a prob ;-)
As for value, it's rather difficult to say, but I wouldn't be very
surprised if someone gave you $500-$1K for it...

Nice domain begging to be developed
But it's not a domain with high commercial potential, so I don't anybody would pay more than mid-$$$, unless it's a truly dedicated person or Soros showing up.
A forum of some sort sounds like the obvious route... within the boundaries of the law
