I've noticed that game-related domains have had some high profile sale in the last two years, and now this!
 
Although figures were not disclosed, it only makes sense that the acquisition was *at least* upper 7 figures.
 
I read that Bill will be relocating to LA which is where the new MindJolt (buyer) is based.
I wonder if he'll be working with mindjolt?

i would assume that your guesstimate of 8 figures is right on....considering cookinggames.com was getting roughly 500k uniques/mo i would estimate that site alone is worth 2-3 mil
 
Bill's tighter than the Sphinx on the actual figure. I based my 8 figure estimate on the fact that seed funding alone was $2 million. Then a user base of 4 million /month is astounding. Bill's a smart entrepreneur, I would not be surprised to find out the company sold for $20 million or more.
