It's a decent domain name but limits you in what your content should be. Also, the forum is pretty dead but that can always be fixed. Seems to have good content.

Low $xxx unless you are making money from it, then it would depend on how much income the site has.

Well, at roughly $1 a day alone it would be worth low $xxx, not counting the domain yet. The domain has good keywords and "Halo 3 Multiplayer" is bound to get some good OVT once it comes out.

I'd say keep it, develop it more. Maybe put some money into promoting it or trade links with NON Halo sites with good PR and by the time Halo 3 comes out it could be making good money and be worth $x,xxx.
