it's a term that only means something to another domainer.
usually if we/resellers know it was "hand-regged" recently,then offers won't be as high during the first 3 months to a year.
unless you happen upon a really solid name or it gets traffic and produces revenue.
imo... handregistered.com could be a newbie site on how to pick available to register domains.
