Well, undeveloped names like this and even worse are being sold, so I cant realy agree with you. True that developed would be worth much more, but still it has some value. Whether $0, $200 or more, thats up to how muchj buyer is willing to offer. But im sure people that have been in this business for some time, should be able to give me some estimate. thanks.
