Amazing domain.

mid $xx,xxx reseller IMO. Huge manufacturers like Western Digital, Hitachi, Seagate etc. would pay a lot more.

Personally, although it appears to have 59 million Google results in quotes, as opposed to "hard disk"'s 36 million, I refer to the hardware nowadays as "drive" or "disk". The terms "hard drive" and "hard disk" are essentially obsolete leftovers of an era when the "floppy drive" was the main storage medium (and at 8" or 5 1/4" size factors it was truly floppy, e.g. bendable - and eventually, from 3 1/2" size factor onwards it wasn't even floppy but hard instead). Still, a nice name for use as a brand of e.g. digital storage or as a collection of digital media portfolios. If I had to tag a price on it, I'd say it'd max out around the $20k for resellers, or perhaps achieve six figures with a large manufacturer of storage media.

550,000 exact US searches. Not including global. Many reputable domainers said it's 6 digits 100%. But I just did want to give dnf appraisals one more chance. Last chance for sure. :-) Thanks.

Judging from your tone, I see two things: either you sold it already for more, or you want to hear it's worth more. However, there is no such thing as flattery in domains. It's what they end up selling for. If you sold it for more, kudos to your selling skills. If you intend to make six figures from its sale, best of luck.

Nah, I just have fun looking at totally non objective appraisals. You guys list .net's with 10k searches a month for low xx,xxx at reseller prices here on this forum. Yet when it is BIGGEST domain name for "drive" speaking of search amount. Type-in "drive" in google keywords and choose exact. Look what you see. Then tell me it's xx,xxx domain.

Now I understand what do people mean when they say forum appraisals is a joke.

If I were to type "drive", then you'd have to list drive.com for appraisal.

I believe that when you are given justified opinions - at least, I took the time to explain my analysis - you should be a little less conceited about the domain, until you sell it. Then, you can come back with a "told you so" statement ;)

Great name...

Est. @ mid to low 5x

Best of Luck to you...

And the singular has even higher search volume.
Disappointed that we're not telling you what you want to hear ?
No doubt it's a great name but how many names do sell for 6 figures ? Do your research.

Now I understand what do people mean when they say forum appraisals is a joke.
While appraisals are very relative and often off the mark, sellers often have unrealistic expectations ;)
6 figures ? Not impossible but difficult IMHO. I admit to be on the conservative side. Prove me wrong.

I think reseller low xx,xxx and to end user, may be high xx,xxx.

CBK, this is not a humor section. You are in the wrong forum I think.

The domain is top 40k reseller good luck right buyer will easly pay xxx,xxx

I agree with the low xx,xxx appraisals. IMO storage is going away from having 'Hard Drives' and will be 'virtual' in the future....almost like having VHS.com without the (LLL thing) ....that being said...I really like this domain name and you may be able to go elephant hunting with it as there is currently a lot of money in this market.

Hard drives will be here for atleast 20 - 50 years. What company will put all
their data online anyway? Or person.

Estibot really likes this domain
http://EstiBot.com Domain Appraisal USD 3,600,000

The problem with the appraisals is it's not a reseller domain. And guessing
end user prices is just that, guessing.
