this website is all about computers hardware in different sections , i have been working on this site me and my partner for about a year now , and atlast it is finished .....so

First i need to hear your comments about my website
Second i need to know , if i consider selling it how much should i be asking for

I'm not sure this is the place for website appraisals. But the mods can deal with that, I don't care.

First of all, your domain is not worth $10k. I don't know who your source is. If that's from a domain appraisal company they're full of crap and just wanted your money and gave you a number you'd be happy with.
The domain is probably worth $100+/- to the right buyer.

It's not optimized for search engines at all. That's a big negative.

The design is nice and simple. I don't believe you worked on this for a year... but you should expect ~$500 for the entire site at best right now.

If you disagree with me, that's fine. But if you want a successful website, you'll eventually need to take criticism with open ears and apply it to helping your website.

first , thanks for your your advice , and i will be glad to keep working and upgrading my website , but about the domain price thing , i didnt get it from an apraisal company i got it by email from a domain investor , he offered me 5 k , and i refused and told him that i am not selling i am building a complete website , then he re-offered me 10 k , i can send you a opy of the emails he sent me .......... anyway i hope you can give me furhter advice regarding my website , hope i am not bothering you , i will be in contact

Well to be honest, most likely that was a domain appraisal company giving you fake offers. How often do people offer $5k, then $10k?

I've experienced some people like this too. They email you offering you a good amount of money for your domain. Once the price is agreed, they want you to buy a domain appraisal. And then they'll tell you to get it from a certain company (theirs), claiming that they give accurate appraisals.

Clever indeed, and very deceptive. Sorry to burst your bubble, but it happened to me too

ooh!!!! man i had no idea that this was a fraud , to be honest i am shocked and it happened just as you said , this man asked for appraisal from a certain website , thanks man you are so helpful , and i am so disapointed right now ......
