Yes it has been regged before and it must have dropped without me realising it (dammit)!
The advantage with this name is that here in the UK it is synonimous with doctors as you say. Use the sale of College.st as the benchmark, I would not be happy to sell that for less than $xx,xxx. I can even back this figure up by just pointing to the amount of money that is spent in the UK on advertising laser eye treatment. The medical company that gets this need not spend a fortune developing a site, but with including the domain name in their advertising on tv, radio, and press this will catapult them well above their competitors in this very competative business.

One thing you might do when marketing this domain name is when you approach a prospective buyer see if you can find an existing newspaper ad and scan it into your computer. Then modify the ad by adding the domain name prominantly onto the ad and send this adjusted ad to the prospective buyer for them to see. (Just a thought.)
