Has anyone bought a name from 4.CN?

I searched the site and made a few offers on domains, each under $1000 USD. It says that they will accept PayPal for transactions that size. I had a seller counter offer on one that seems like a pretty good deal. I want to send money by PayPal but they don't support Yuan (RMB), the currency the site uses. I thought of sending it in USD, but do I just go by the conversion rate on Google? I don't want to send too much money, but I don't want to send too little.

Does anyone have any experience on funding a 4.CN account?

You can send us dollars by paypal and then you'll have to connect with support to have them do the conversion in you account. They use the 0.16 exchange rate. Always good to leave an extra 400 RMB in your account, in the event you ever want to kick one of your names listed there to an auction. Paypal seems like a one time thing to get things going. Future purchases will require a bank wire.
