Has Anyone Heard of the Pomodoro Technique?

Hi Guys

I have been looking at productivity techniques, and have discovered something called the Pomodoro technique, which is just a fancy way of saying work for a set amount of time, then take a break for a set amount of time:

However, it does seem to work. I recommend 20 mins work then a 7 min break.

I like to do 26 minutes with a 4 minute break. Been using the Pomodoro Technique for years and even wrote an article about it.

I'd been using a similar technique before discovering that someone had come up with a name for it. It's interesting that they've decided to Trademark the Pomodoro technique.
