In my opinion, it will only be names that have direct relation to the mobile industry, or would be good for the mobile industy. i.e. Ringtones.mobi and directions.mobi.

Polyphonic.mobi is a good one.

heh.. seriously though its smart to stick with mobile related things..or at least "sorta mobile related"

since this was a new TLD its smart to dig for names you wouldnt think are available but some are..

for example you enter in 100 domains of quality such as:

musicvideos
conferencecalls
videochat
bankaccount

etc...

and come up with maybe 3 or 4 that are actually still available.. if you did this 100's of times around landrush..even a few days after, youre able to come up with some very nice names.

but now, october 11th, its probably more like you enter 500 good domains and come up with 1 still available..

Mobi will probably work for video streaming / data transfer or stuff you urgently need rather than items that you would spend ages searching

such a massive investment in .mobi reminds me of how an acquintance squandered EUR20k plus on .EU. Believe it or not he is no longer wants to discuss his disappointment with anyone!! Good luck!
