Per Google Keyword Tool, there's 880 avg exact searches per month for "Hawaii HI", but for last month there were 1,900 searches for it. The avg CPC is also a healthy $1.20. This would make an excellent overall portal for Hawaii or can be for tourism or real estate in Hawaii.
Seeking offers starting from mid $xxx. BIN: $700 > $600 > $500.
